We don't endorse any particular stores for purchasing thread. We do provide DMC color codes on all our patterns so that you can find the right thread at a variety of stores. If you can't find the exact color of thread, try our DMC color picker to find a similar color.

It could be the web browser. We're only able to test this site with Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2.0. If you use a Macintosh, we recommend Firefox instead of Safari.
I can't get the image to upload
All images need to be in a jpeg, PNG, or GIF file format, and be under 1MB in size. Most image-editing software, e.g. Paint, GIMP, etc., can resize and save the image in one of those formats. There's no reason that the image needs to be more than 640-pixels wide.
